A/ Personal meeting regarding the contract conditions in the office of IES in the Czech Republic

In this case arrange a meeting time with the IES office. You can request a time by e-mail (ies@ies-info.com) or by telephone (+420 543 215 281, +420 543 215 282). Please use English language for all your correspondence.
Note: Based on your request we can arrange accommodation.

B/ Without personal meeting

In this case we will send you a contract proposal detailing our co-operation. An example of the contract can be found on the internet (www.certification-education.info). Immediately after accepting the contract conditions the certification process will be initiated and you will receive an IES questionnaire with further instructions.
In the case of joining the project "Without personal meeting", fill in the requested information below. This information will be copied into the head of the proposal contract.
